I think many Windows users had discovered that Windows 7 Starter Edition has a lack of screen capture ability. What I means is, it don’t have the screen capture software such as Snipping Tool.
But, recently I try to use this software which work fine with Windows XP. As a result, it work fine with Windows 7 Starter Edition too.

For your question..
WHY WINDOWS 7 STARTER DO NOT HAVE SNIPPING TOOL???
Actually Windows 7 starter edition is the Windows 7 version with very limited built-in feature..including no snipping tool
It is pre-installed in the netbook maybe just for promotion..I think it is the Microsoft marketing strategy to market its Windows 7 product...
You can upgrade your Windows 7 starter to become higher version of Windows 7 such as Professional...Home Premium and so on...To do this you can access your Windows Control Panel and click Windows Upgrade....but in order to do this you must spend the money for upgrading...
DID YOU HAVE ANY SUGGESTION FOR ME???
I suggest you to upgrade you Windows 7 to the higher version..but if you don't want to spend money for that...you can donwload the free sniping tool from the Internet...
